Meet Our Providers
Dr. Renee Taefi Baughman
MD, FACOG
Dr. Renee Baughman completed her Bachelor’s degree at Ithaca College. She then attended medical school at the State University of NY at Buffalo where she earned her MD degree. Dr. Baughman then entered the OB/GYN residency program through the University of Buffalo. In 2003 she completed her residency and went to work for Gynecology Obstetric Associates of WNY, PC. In 2010 and renamed the group Women’s Medicine of Niagara. Dr. Baughman is also the Chief of OB/GYN at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

Dr. Donna Azam Feldman

Dr. Donna Loghmanee Feldman is a Native Buffalonian and is a graduate of The Nichols School. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree at Oberlin College. She has a Masters Degree from SUNY at Buffalo in Molecular Immunology/Vaccine development. Dr. Feldman received her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 2001. From there she went on to complete her residency in OB/GYN at NY Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. She joined GYN-OB Associates of WNY in 2005 and became Board Certified in 2007. She is now owner of Women’s Medicine of Niagara along with Dr. Renee Baughman. Dr. Feldman is also the Chief of Robotic Surgery at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. She also has Obstetrical, Gynecology, and Robotic privileges at Sisters of Charity Hospital and St. Joseph’s Campus.

Laura DeBacco

Laura is a Niagara Falls native who attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 2002. She graduated from Niagara University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and holds a Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Daemen College, a college at which she continues to serve as an adjunct professor and clinical preceptor. Laura holds certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, she is trained and certified in the use of the daVinci Robotic Surgical System, a Member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and New York Society of Physician Assistants. Laura resides in Youngstown, NY with her husband Joseph, daughter Eleanor, son Joseph and goldendoodle Beau. In her spare time Laura enjoys traveling with her family, golf and yoga

Amanda Murray
Physician Assistant
Amanda is a WNY native. She graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. During her undergraduate education, she volunteered as an emergency medical technician with the local fire department and provided care to residents of a hospice house. She worked as a medical assistant at Women’s Medicine of Niagara where she developed a passion in women’s health. She continued her education to become a Physician Assistant and graduated from Canisius University in 2024. Amanda holds certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a New York Society of Physician Assistants member. She enjoys spending time outdoors, taking spin classes, practicing yoga, and crafting.
Julie Flynn-Sillato
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
Julie Flynn-Sillato is a 1995 graduate of the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program at Rochester Institute of Technology. In the same year, she became credentialed with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers. She began her career doing general as well as obstetrical ultrasound at surrounding area hospitals, labs, as well as private practices. She started an independent diagnostic mobile ultrasound practice in 2010. This is where she found her niche in OB/GYN sonography with Women's Medicine of Niagara. Julie has two children and a large local family in Amherst. She enjoys traveling and exploring our areas eclectic culinary experiences with her husband Andy. When her schedule allows, she fills in as a backup dancer for Justin Timberlake
