To get started using our patient portal we need your email address. You can either talk to our front desk staff before your next appointment or call our offices and give us your email address. Either way make sure to ask to become “web enabled”. Upon becoming “web enabled” you will be sent an email from eClinical Web with instructions on how to sign into the patient portal. In that email you will be sent a username and temporary password.
Once you have the username and password you will be directed to the eClinical Web Patient Portal Sign In website.

While you are on the phone with our staff you can also change the way you are notified of your upcoming appointment. You can continue to receive a phone call but now you can also opt to receive notification through email or text.Log on
